How credits work
Credits are spent when you generate a video using a premium model (Veo 3.1, Grok 3, Grok Lower, Kling, or Omni Flash). The free models — LTX-Video 2.5 and MiniMax H3 — cost zero credits and are unlimited — credits only apply to premium models.
Premium model costs vary: Veo 3.1 is 6 credits per video, Grok 3 is 23–54 credits (480p), 41–102 credits (720p), or 51–297 credits (1080p) at 6s, 10s, or 15s, Grok Lower is half those prices, Kling models charge 12–25 credits/second depending on model and resolution, and Omni Flash is 8 credits/second (Edit is 80 credits). The exact cost is shown before you click generate.
Credits reset on your billing date each month. Unused credits don't roll over. If a premium generation fails (provider error, moderation reject, or timeout), credits are automatically refunded to your balance — no support ticket needed.
Frequently asked questions
Are the free models really unlimited?
Yes. LTX-Video 2.5 and MiniMax H3 are free and unlimited for all users — no credits, no caps. You watch one short ad per generation. Ad-free plan subscribers see no ads at all. H3 on the free tier is 480p up to 5 seconds; Clean and Executive unlock 480p up to 10s or 720p up to 5s.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset on each billing date. One-time pack purchases are different — those credits stay in your balance across renewals until you spend them.
What happens if my video fails?
If a premium generation fails for any reason — provider error, content moderation reject, or render timeout — your credits are automatically refunded. No need to contact support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to the free tier. No retention emails, no phone calls.
What's the difference between ad-removal and credits?
Ad-removal plans (Clean and Executive) remove ads from the free LTX and MiniMax H3 flow and give you longer H3 clips. Credit plans (Starter, Pro, Max) give you a monthly allowance of credits to spend on premium models. You can subscribe to either or both — they're independent.
Does Executive skip the MiniMax H3 queue?
No. MiniMax H3 runs on its own GPU pool with a single first-in-first-out queue for everyone — free, Clean, and Executive. Executive's skip-the-line priority applies to LTX 2.5 and premium credit models only. For H3, Executive unlocks 480p up to 10s or 720p up to 5s (vs 480p / 5s on free), plus ad-free use and longer retention.
